Recording audio files in RISE
When I press "start recording" nothing happens, when I press arrow, pre-recorded music plays. I don't know how to record new audio in the blocks.
Hi there, Henrietta. Let's try a couple of ideas:
- First, make sure you're using a supported browser for authoring. Older versions of Safari, for example, didn't work for recording audio directly in Rise 360.
- Log out and back into Articulate 360. Re-open your course and try recording audio again.
- If your preferred browser doesn't work, try another supported browser. That will help us figure out if there is something in the browser that is preventing audio from being recorded.
