Recording screen issues

I have experienced the same issue this week. I had a double video, and I also had the desktop showing up behind my video.
I also have dual displays. I set my displays at 100% (previously they were at 125%). I also closed and reopened SL on my primary display. I rerecorded and made sure I was recording my primary display with SL on my primary display. This seems to work now, although I still have issues with the window size.
When I've tried to resize the screen above 100%, I run into more issues.
