Recording Scrolling Windows

Hi All,

I'm recording my screen by clicking a menu to scroll down to the next section. I see the scroll when I'm recording but sometimes I only get half the scroll in Storyline. I tried Fine Action Tuning but to no avail. Any ideas appreciated.

Slides 16 & 17 = 1/2 scroll

Slide 21 = full scroll
