Recover Screen Recording?
I did a screen recording, and exited out of it successfully, then renamed the recording. I pressed the insert button to place it into my project, but then changed my mind because it was taking a lon...
I have the automatically save copy setup. I had storyline crash a few times and it never has prompted me to recover. I was able to restore the .tmp file from the last crash, but no other .tmp files were available. They must get overwritten if you don't recover them immediately. As opposed to the Powerpoint method, where it ask you when you want to delete the non-recovered files.

I apologize for the trouble! You should be prompted to recover the file if you've already saved it once. If that's not happening when using the latest version of Storyline 360, we'll need our Support Engineers to step in. You can reach them in a support case! I'll make sure to follow along to see what is causing the snag.
