Recovering encrypted Storyline 3 file

Hi all,

Unfortunately my computer was hijacked by a ransomware and most of my files got encrypted including storyline project files. The virus extension name is .wiot

How do we decrypt and recover a storyline file in such scenario.?

Please help.
