Sorry. Once the file is published, it is like a cake that is baked; you can no longer go back in and change the ingredients.
If you have the computer used to create it, you might have a partial copy. Try:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Articulate\Storyline folder. If it is there, it will have a .tmp extension. change it to .story and you can edit it.
For anyone else that reads this post: Is there a stronger proof that you should never trust anybody (not yourself, not your computer) with your last or only copy of something?
