Removal of the Black Screen at the start of the Articulate Storyline Module

We wanted a quick fix solution to the storyline module as to how can we be able to remove the black screen with the play button at the start of the module...

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing an issue with your course! Some web browsers don't allow audio and video content to autoplay, so we added a play button to courses that have media on the first slide to correct the issue.
One thing you can try is adding an image to your course in the modern player.
- Navigate to Player on your Home ribbon
- Check the Cover Photo box and choose a photo to upload
- Once you've selected an image, click the file name link to refresh the preview area on the right so you can see how the image looks.
