Remove AI Assistant from Storyline
Hello, I now have AI Assistant taking up considerable space on the header menu, despite the fact that I am unable to use it. Looking for help on how to remove it from the menu

This is really disheartening that even getting it turned off we still have to deal with a deeply unwanted and risky feature.

Hello JenniferBrow080,
I appreciate you sharing your voice with us. Just to confirm, have you emailed our Sales team (sales@articulate.com) to disable Articulate AI? I don't see any record of this on our end, and I would be happy to confirm.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi Luciana,
sorry, I didn't go through the entire thread, but maybe you could give me a quick heads-up:
- If we decide to have AI turned off at the monment (currently, no benefit for us with the very specialized topics we do), would it be possible to turn it on again if / when we decide that it would make sense?
- Oh yes, and one more thing (sorry, slightly off-piste, but only a little): I understand the translation-feature is independent from the AI menu, is that correct? So turning off the AI features would not prevent a possible subscription / upgrade, whatever, of the direct translation feature? The latter could become interesting, although at the moment, we see it makes more sense for us to have translations checked and edited by our technical specialists before importing. As mentioned, very special topics (very technical), so automatic translations are often in need of some good old hand-work...
Thanks!
