Removing Green Check Mark in Review Quiz

I want to hide the green tick when reviewing the quiz. I have seen a solution for this problem, selecting the trigger wizard and unticking the option to show the mark, but I cannot see t...
The "Show correct/incorrect responses when reviewing" checkbox is what controls whether or not those green tick marks appear. Those marks are how the program indicates correct/incorrect responses. Deselect that checkbox, and they'll go away.
