Renewal of license-problems
I got an email to renew my license as it has expired. The link takes me to a page that shows a discounted price (for India). However your reseller says that the discount is applicable only if Articulate approves. Hence please approve the discounted pricing.

Hi Kelly,
Thank You for responding. So far I have raised at least 3 support requests in the past two weeks for this issue, with zero response so far.
