Account Renewal

I am using my work email as my Articulate ID and paying for my subscription out of my own pocket. My subscription is up for renewal and there is now a seat available on our work team. The system will not let me move over to that account because I am using my company email as my current Articulate ID. I need to move my Articulate ID over to my company account team with the open seat. How do I do that?
