Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue! I'd like to ask a few things to help clarify your experience:
- What version of Storyline do you have installed?
- Are you working locally when making changes to your project file?
If you are working locally, would you also be willing to share a copy of your image and project files here or in private by opening a support case so we can observe the behavior on our end? We'll delete the files as soon as we're done testing them!
