Replay 360 videos glitching
I have a number of screen records in my storyline project, all recorded using replay. The videos have all been fine previously but I noticed last week some have now started flashing black for a millisecond at points where I have cut the screen recording, or where I have deleted sections and then sliced the scenes back together. I have not done anything different to how I was creating them previously, so I am unsure why this is now happening?

Does this happen only when playing the videos inside of Storyline or does it also happen if you just play the video through a media player?
It seems to be both. I have attached an example and you can see the glitch here just before 30 seconds.

It looks like there's a frame that needs to be edited out of the project in order to make the transition between the scenes appear more smoothly. Would you be willing to share a copy of your Replay 360 project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can see if we can edit out that particular frame? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
