I apologize for the issues you are experiencing in Replay with tracking cursor movement.
To clarify, are you saying that this was only an issue for you when you made a monitor upgrade, and worked as expected prior to the upgrade? Did you add an additional monitor or upgrade the one you had from an older model?
If the workaround to adjust the scaling percentage to 100% in Display settings in Windows isn't working, please connect with our support team so we can troubleshoot further.
I was able to resolve it with scaling my display to different settings!
