Replay not tracking cursor properly?

I'm having this issue and I don't see a published resolution to the problem. I've changed my settings to 100%, but that leaves a good bit of my screen black (pic below). This looks unprofessional and I'm not thrilled about it. Is there anything I can do to resolve this? It's important to have both high quality on screen video but also for people to see where I'm clicking.
