Replay screen resolution, size and mouse movements

Same problem. I finally had a local technician show me to change display settings to 100% and resolution to 1920 x 1200 but to change from extended displays to #1 (small screen). The video records in the top left hand corner (see attached) and I move it into storyline and then crop the living hell out of it to make it larger. But at least the curser is in the right place. This really does mess up the workflow.
