I would like to add my 'vote' to this suggestion!
I agree - lots of users seem to be agree on feature requests/needs, but no way for us to tell how they are prioritised when we only get standard responses like "please use our feature request form" or "we're working on it" - without any timelines for completion or implementation.
I recently passed similar feedback to the CEO in response to the recent price rise email, and even then simply received a standard response explaining the feature request form - very frustrating :(
