Requirements for MAC users to view Storyline Modules

What are the system requirements and best practices for a MAC user to view a course that was created in Storyline?  There have been reported issues with latency and focus issues.

Published Storyline 360 content should play on a Mac as well without having to do anything special. You can check out this article for the Required Browser Settings for Viewing Published Courses.

I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience: 

  • What kind of focus issues are you encountering? 
  • Is your course hosted on an LMS or Web server? 
  • Have you tried testing on a browser other than Safari? 
  • If your course is hosted on an LMS, does uploading your course in a different LMS make a difference? Here's how to test your course in a different LMS to compare.
