    Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear that your employee is locked out.

    Are they receiving an error message? If you enter the wrong password 20 times in a row, we temporarily lock your Articulate ID account as a security precaution. A locked account automatically unlocks after an hour so you can sign back in.

    They can also open a support case so we help them log in!
