I'm happy to help! It sounds like the learner couldn't access a button to move onto the next slide. Are you finding this happens with all learners or just one? I'd recommend first testing the course in SCORM cloud to see if the same behavior occurs. If it does, then it would be helpful to take a look at your project. If the course works as expected in SCORM cloud, then you'll want to reach out to Cornerstone LMS to see if they've seen this issue before.
