Resource Document Not Working?
Has anyone experienced issues with the resource section in the player controls? We upload a word doc and we cannot seem to download it once we have uploaded the course to the LMS - Sumtotal. It's n...
I'm gonna try and PDF it... if that doesn't work, ill upload the course. Basically, we upload a .doc file and when we preview and/or pub to any LMS, we only see a blank pop up screen when we try to download the .doc file
