Resources not showing up

I've got a storyline file back from localization (Simplified Chinese) along with 6 PDFs that were also localized. I've added the 6 PDFs to the Resources tab from the player.  Previewing works fin...

Hello,
I am having issues.  I add- either a PPT or pdf file.  When I preview the file does not show.
I have removed spaces and extra characters from the file name. 
Removed original file and replaced file (no spaces/characters) and still the resources are not showing up

    Hello Kimberly!

    I'm happy to help! It sounds like the resources aren't showing up when previewing the file. This is expected when previewing a file in Storyline 360. However, the resources should also show up in the published output. Do you see the same behavior when publishing the course as well? If so, I'd like to take a look at the .story file. You can either attach it to this discussion or upload it to me privately using my direct link.
