Restricted/Locked Menu
Our course is set by modules and those unlock as you go. There is an assessment at the end. An issue we are running into is that once the user passes the assessment and exits the course, upon his/her return to the course all modules are locked gain. Can the menu be set up so that it is unlocked once the user revisits the course or how can we keep the modules already competed unlocked upon re-visiting the course?
Once a course is marked as complete it opens in review mode which typically ignores the resume data
Phil, "Once a course is marked as complete" - is that by LMS? Maybe our LMS does not handle the SCORM properly (we use Pathlore). The issue is once the user exits the course and returns to LMS then if the user wants to review the course they are brought back to the course but all modules are locked again. It is not an issue if the user stays in the course and wants to go back to the home/landing page and look at the content, all content is unlocked.
