RESULT SLIDE and LMS

Hello Heroes,

I'm a newbie, and I find this community to be very helpful so far(:

I have a problem with my result slide. 

I've created a quiz and a result slide. It should be hidden and the result should be later on sent to the LMS.

It seems I have a problem after zipping the file- It doesn't seem to recognize I have a quiz or results. any thoughts?

I've tried different triggers, changing tracking options, changing things in the slide properties, and I still can't figure it out.

    Hello Dana, 

    Thanks for reaching out! 

    I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience: 

    • Can you elaborate on what you mean by your LMS not recognizing the quiz or results? Are you having issues with tracking completion, or is the incorrect score being reported?
    • Have you tried testing the issue in SCORM Cloud? Testing on a different LMS will help isolate if the issue is specific to your LMS.

    I checked your course and also observed the following: 

    • The navigation in your course does not include Slide 1.9 Quiz Results
    • There are no submit results triggers present in Slide 1.9 Quiz Results

    If you'd like to track your course using the Results Slide (1.9), you can instead include this slide in your navigation, but include a trigger that automatically jumps the learner to the next slide when the timeline starts on the results slide, effectively skipping it.
