Results Slide shows Next and Back buttons when it should not

Since this is an older discussion, I'd love to get a better understanding about what you're experiencing today. Do the next and back buttons display when reviewing a quiz? If so, you can disable the player navigation by selecting the slide(s), go to the Slide Properties panel, then uncheck the Enable player navigation box.
If you're still having trouble, it'd be helpful to see a copy of your file, or a screen recording so we can test further. You can share those here or privately in a support case, and we'll delete them once troubleshooting is completed!
