Thank you for taking the time to reach out, and I'd love to help! You shared that the navigation toggles in the regular slides are already unchecked. To help us find the best way forward, could you confirm if the navigation toggles in the Results Slide are also unchecked?
If so, it would be helpful to see the Storyline file to understand why the navigation buttons are still showing. Do you mind attaching your project to this discussion? You can also share it privately in a support case; we'll delete it when we're done testing!
