Since the issue can be reproduced in SCORM Cloud, it might be a good idea if you can share the .story file either here or privately through a case, so our team can help troubleshoot.

Did you publish it as SCORM 1.2? If so, I'd also suggest trying SCORM 2004 4th edition, as this could be related to the data limits of SCORM 1.2.

    Hi Maria, I'll try republishing to 2004 4th edition first as it was originally published as 1.2

    If it still doesn't work then I'll share the file. Fingers crossed and thank you for your reply.
