Rebecca,

Following this thread. If I'm not mistaken, suspend data in SCORM 1.2 is about 4,096 characters versus ~64,000 characters in SCORM 2004, 4th Edition.  It's this suspend_data element in Storyline that tells the LMS where you left the course.

Just curious, is this happening on multiple modules or on just one module. If it is just one module, is this module a very large one? A while back I had a similar problem with a module that had several videos in it. By republishing that module to SCORM 2004, I was able to resolve my problem. Hope it works for you too!

    Hi Richard, 

    Thank you so much for your reply. It seems to be happening to all the courses - I'm testing one in particular (I've republished it SCORM 2004, 4th Edition) but now when I try to upload it to our LMS it doesn't seem to be working. 

    So I'll need to log a call with them to see why I can't upload the SCORM 2004, 4th Edition file.
