I am still working through this, I exported my existing file as a SCORM output (V4 and V2) and a template from the Rise library in case there was something wrong with my file. The exit option appears, but does not work, and there is no tracking/resume progress. When I try the same file in SCORM cloud, the tracking (resuming the course) does work, so I am starting to thin it could be a VLE issue or maybe a GDPR restriction - would you know if it could be the latter?

Hi Sinead! Thanks for testing this on your end! Sounds like your VLE/LMS might be the issue if the course works fine in SCORM Cloud. SCORM Cloud follows industry standards and should help narrow things down.
I would suggest turning on Debug Mode for your Rise 360 course and export this again for testing. You can then share the logs with your LMS admin so they can assist you with this. If they need additional clarifications from our team, we can work with them privately through a case by clicking here.
