Resume state on a slide that only has a video on it

I have a very short course that in essence has a intro slide, a slide with a video that automatically starts with the slide timeline and a closing slide.

Attached is the file before it is zipped.
We need the 3rd slide to resume where you left off and not just at the beginning of the of 3rd slide.
