Retrieve story file from drive or zip file
Hi folks,
My colleague left the company and did not share the story file of a project.
Do you know if we can retrieve a story file from the published course or from the articulate drive, plea...
The .story file is not included in the published course.
If the person published the course to Review 360 and uploaded the file there, the Articulate staff could probably get it for you. Contact them here: https://access.articulate.com/support/contact
You could also contact your IT department about whether they can search the person's laptop (assuming they had a company PC that was turned in).
Otherwise, you'll have to create the course in Storyline from scratch. (You can pull assets from the published course.)
