Hi Evie
it's on the Design tab when you are highlighted on the Result slide

Tried to use these button and they do not insert? Odd.

It looks like the automatic functionality is to only retry the questions that were answered incorrectly. How can I have the learner retake all of the questions?
- ElizabethBauer-Community Member
Yes. The current user experience with the Retry button is that you jump back to the first question in the quiz and then revisit only the questions that you answered incorrectly the first time. My client wants the learner to revisit and reanswer every question.

Great. Thanks!

Hi Elizabeth,
Usually adding the Retry button will require you to jump to the first question in your quiz. Did you add that trigger to be associated with the Retry button?

Can you share your Story file so I can see how it's been setup?

One other thought. When the user clicks the Retry button is the quiz reset? There should be a trigger attached to the Retry button to reset the scoring so that no questions show to be answered.

Hi, Evie, thanks for the ideas. At this point everything is working properly and I don't know what changed, so it might have been a mistake on the part of the reviewer or something I did by accident and fixed by accident. Or Gremlins.

Great to hear!

Hi Dave,
Are you selecting the option, and then creating the button on your slide?
If this isn't what you're experiencing, a quick repair may help get this working!
