Hello,
One of my clients is stating the comment section on the review link is “read-only.” I watched her via Microsoft Teams try a few different times. I also tried a series of options such as including a password one time and requesting a review via her direct email. Neither one worked. The comments are enabled but when she tries to click in the box to make a comment she gets an error about read-only. Any support on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
