Review - Losing sound randomly?
When sending the course for customer review in Review 360, if they pause the seek bar to make a comment or scrub the seek bar to review a portion of the slide, the audio goes away - this has happened on a number of occasions. (See attached comments)
Once they restart the slide the audio works again, but it is causing a lot of frustration.
Does anyone know why this is happening and if there is a workaround?
