    Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Storyline 360's Cloud Backup feature!

    Does this error occur across all .story files, or just one specifically? Also, are you receiving errors when publishing to other formats such as the Web, or LMS?

    There's a possibility that your network is blocking the upload from successfully completing. To address this, please connect with your network admin and have them add all of the domains listed in this article to your organizations 'allowlist'.

    We also recommend saving, and publishing .story files directly from your local hard drive. Working off of a network drive may introduce unexpected behavior.

    However, if the issue persists, and a repair of your Storyline installation doesn't correct the behavior, please connect with our team through a support case.
