Review 360 - Please add prompt to relaunch from beginning or resume from last position.
Hi,
It appears Review 360 always forgets progress when reloading the page. This gets quite tedious when doing a lot of internal reviewing over a couple of days.
I can accept a force-reset when a new version has been uploaded, or the course setting forbids resuming from last position.
If the reviewer is registered and signed in, please offer to resume from last position.

I can see why this would be challenging, especially when you’re reviewing content over multiple sessions.
Here’s how this works today. Review 360 sessions don’t currently retain a reviewer’s progress after a page reload, so each time the link is reopened, playback starts from the beginning. What’s happening here is that Review 360 is designed primarily for capturing feedback rather than tracking viewing progress across sessions.
That said, your suggestion to offer a resume prompt for signed-in reviewers makes a lot of sense, particularly for longer courses or multi-day review cycles. I’ve shared your feedback with our product team, and we’re continuing to track this need as we evaluate ways to improve the reviewer experience.
