Review 360 comments missing

Hi HeidiHeath-5184 and DanaLorz, thanks for flagging this. I’m sorry to hear some comments aren’t showing up. That’s definitely concerning.
Would you mind checking a couple of things?
- Was a new version of the course published?
- Comments don’t carry over if the course was republished as a new Review item, but they’ll still be visible in the previous version.
- Were any comments marked as resolved?
- Resolved comments are hidden by default. Just click your profile picture and select Show Resolved Comments to reveal them.

- No this was the latest version of the course, I went through to see if there were any comments in old versions and there weren't.
- Some old comments were marked as resolved but I did try the show resolved comments tab as well to test it.
- My boss who was reviewing noted that each time she submitted a comment it said that I would be notified and she thought it was strange nothing showed up on the feedback page. I was never notified of her new comments. She has reviewed many courses over the years and this was her first encounter with that issue.

Thanks so much for following up with these details. It's odd that your boss was unable to see their own comments after leaving them. Were they signed in with their Articulate ID? Additionally, are they able to leave comments on other courses?
If may be a good idea to have another colleague leave a test comment on your course to help isolate the issue. If you're willing to share the Review link here or privately with our team, we'd be happy to take a closer look as well!
