Review 360 comments missing
Hi HeidiHeath-5184 and DanaLorz, thanks for flagging this. I’m sorry to hear some comments aren’t showing up. That’s definitely concerning.
Would you mind checking a couple of things?
- Was a new version of the course published?
- Comments don’t carry over if the course was republished as a new Review item, but they’ll still be visible in the previous version.
- Were any comments marked as resolved?
- Resolved comments are hidden by default. Just click your profile picture and select Show Resolved Comments to reveal them.

Good question on the versions. I know I originally sent the link for version 1. There were comments to that version that I resolved, then uploaded the updated version. When my boss finally made his comments, version 2 was probably where he went. I'm assuming the link will open the most recent version and the comments would be made there, but perhaps that is incorrect.
None of my bosses' comments were resolved. When we looked at it together about 2 weeks ago, he put in test comments, and they did show up.

Yes, if you publish an updated version of an existing item, the Review link will remain the same. The reviewer will see the updated version of the course when accessing the link. I you happened to create a new item, the link will be different. Are you willing to share your Review link here or privately with us in a case for further testing?
