Review 360 Comments not posting to correct slide
I was asked to provide comments on a lengthy eLearning. I have successfully posted each comment to its appropriate slide prior to this. I closed everything out, signed in again, restarted my computer, but no matter what I did, the comments would not post to the correct slide. Then 3 weeks ago, one of my reviewers had the same issue on a different eLearning. What can I do to ensure the comments post on the correct slide? It is very time consuming to go in and re-review and match which comment goes to which slide.

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue.
We're currently tracking a known bug that causes the inconsistent display of screenshots after adding a comment in Review 360. I've added this community thread to the bug report so we can notify you as soon as we have any updates to share about a possible fix. Thanks for bringing this to our attention and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Same here. I've experienced the same issue on 12/5.
