Review 360 glitching.

Is anyone having an issue with Review 360? When continuing to next lesson a brief image of another lesson shows up, then goes away if you try to scroll up to look at it.

I've had a brief flash of a course I reviewed before appear, then be replaced by the correct course a fraction of a second later. I'm assuming it's browser caching, but for all I know it's some weird server-side caching.

  • Hi StarPowell & CarlFink1

Thanks for sharing those details. We haven’t seen reports of a widespread Review 360 or browser-caching issue like this from our side.

Based on what you've described, it sounds like a brief browser rendering/cache artifact glitch. A previously stored page or media content can momentarily appear while a browser retrieves and renders the correct Review item. Since it resolves almost immediately and the correct lesson loads afterward, it shouldn’t affect the actual course content or Review experience. Are you seeing this behavior across multiple supported browsers, or just one specifically?

If it becomes more frequent, please try clearing the browser cache or opening the Review link in an incognito window. If you're still having trouble after those steps, please connect with us through a support case. We're happy to continue troubleshooting with you!

Thank you for the response.  When I reviewed the course the next day, it wasn't happening and I haven't seen it since.

My employer's official browser is Edge, so that's all I have used for Review 360. As you agree in your comment, I was sure it was a minor browser caching glitch. I never bothered to report it until this thread, because it is really quite unimportant.
