Review 360 issues
I have SMEs that aren't able to review modules because they don't have Articulate accounts. It tells them it is read-only. I'm trying to figure out how they can review modules. Does it have to do with they way it is published?

When you publish to Review360, be sure you are familiar with these details:
Share the Course for Review in Storyline | E-Learning Heroes and
Overview of Review 360 | E-Learning Heroes
Also, when you are publishing, be sure to let the process run its course before sending the link to your SMEs.
We occasionally run into the same issue (the site asks users to log in with an Articulate account) but clearing the browser cache and/or using a different browser (Chrome -> Edge or vice-versa) resolves this.
You could try publishing a new item ("Create a New Item"):
then sending the link to a personal email for yourself, and trying to access the site that way. If you are not able to review the course then perhaps something is going on with the site.
