Review 360 not publishing some of the storyline projects

Hello,

For the past week I have been experiencing problems with publishing projects to review 360. Initially, I was getting an error for a very long video that included voiceovers.

Yesterday I experienced the same issue with a project that had text to speech and was not as long as the previous one.

All other project I was able to upload without a problem.

Incident status shows not incidents for 5/18/2022 but I did reported an incident yesterday and today.

    It looks like you are working in a case with our support engineer Eric, so you are in good hands! Should you need additional assistance though, feel free to reply in the case.

    I'm having an issue with publishing my Storyline project in Review 360; the option isn't even showing in my publishing interface, is there a shutdown notice I missed? See attachment.

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue when trying to publish your Storyline project to Review 360. I'd like to ask you a few clarifying questions to help me troubleshoot.

    I hope this helps! Please let me know if you need additional assistance on this. If you're comfortable sharing your file, we'll be happy to take a look at it here, or privately in a support case. We will delete it from our systems when troubleshooting is complete.
