Review 360 Not Working - Audio and Graphics Not Timed

For two weeks I have been trying to review a Storyline 360 file in Review 360. The timeline (?) in Review 360 is not working. For example the graphics are not timed to the audio. That is the audio...

Hello Lisa!

Thank you for letting us know that the issue is when viewing the Review 360 link in Firefox, but the course works as expected in Chrome. We would recommend using Chrome with Review 360 as well. If you run into any other issues, please let us know!
