Review 360 with black screen and play button for PC and no media on screen

Hello,

I am having as issue where the review 360 publish on storyline is showing a black screen with a play button even though I do not have any media and I am published for a PC and not a mobile! I just have regular triggers. I want to publish a review so that I can add it to Rise. Please help!
