Review 360
One of my subject matter expert reviewers brought up a good point. When he was reviewing my course to leave comments/edits he also wanted to review what other reviewers left as comments/edits as well while going through the course, he showed me this and while he can see the comments, he wasn't quite sure where they referenced if the subject matter expert wasn't descriptive.. Do these not show on the page like it does under the feedback screen?
Thanks for sharing the screenshots and context, SarahLichy! You’re seeing the current behavior. The Comments sidebar shows comments associated with the Rise 360 lesson you’re viewing, but the captured screenshot that provides additional context is available on the Feedback page rather than directly in the sidebar.
I can see how that makes it harder for reviewers to tell exactly what another reviewer is referring to when a comment isn’t very descriptive. I appreciate you explaining how your SMEs are using Review 360 together. This gives our product team helpful insight into the need for clearer context when reviewers are collaborating within a course.

Of course! I usually have multiple SMEs reviewing my content since I build training content for multiple counties and I need everyone aligned as much as possible!
