A follow-up question I have is, can I manually delete a review course that I have published in the past?
If yes, where do I find these courses?

Happy to help!
You can login to your Articulate 360 account and navigate to the Review 360 tab to find all of your published courses.
From there, you can find the option to manually delete content by clicking on the three horizontal circles that appear when you hover over a Review 360 item:
