Hi NikkiClayton​ - Personally, I avoid printing anything from my Storyline or RISE courses - partly because I work in a paperless office with no printers!!
Have you considered storing your answers in variables and then using JavaScript to write them to a downloadable pdf file at the end of the course? There are a few demonstrations of downloadable notes or survey results on our website: https://profilelearning.com/demonstrations
