Review file Sent but no Received

Hello - my manager sent the Rise file (from another direct report) for me to review.  On his end, it is listed as "Sent" but it never arrives on my end.  Earlier today he sent a file he authored to me using the same sending method and it arrived.  Any idea how to troubleshoot this?  The bot thru up its hands.  :)

    Hi Lori, 

    Can I ask how your manager is sending you the Rise 360 file so we can check to see if any steps in the process need to be corrected to help you receive the content?

    Is your manager sending you a copy of the published Rise 360 course via email as an attachment? Or are they sharing Rise 360 share links / Review 360 links so you can review the courses?
