Review forever?

Dear Community,

When I create a review instance of a course, its address is something like this:

https://360.articulate.com/review/content/52a...559/review

When I right-click on the title in the navigation menu of this review instance 
to copy the link to this title (startpage of the course), the link is something like this:

https://articulateusercontent.com/review/uploads/HRP...zz3/Vt-7lQgU/index.html#/

The addresses are different – including the domain – but the targets are quite the same.

When I now delete this review instance of this course, I can no longer access the first link – but I can still access the second one. Even if the Rise course itself no longer exists.

Can anyone explain this? How can I safely remove this (second) object as well?

This allows reviewers to create their own permanent bookmark, even when the original review instance (and course) has been deleted.
