Review Link Issues
Hello! Is anyone having an issue where a reviewer cannot review a 360 review link even though the settings indictate a log in is not required?

Thanks so much for reaching out! It sounds like your reviewers are having trouble accessing the Review link. So sorry to hear this! Happy to help!
Do you have any reviewers gaining access without Articulate IDs?
To start off it would be helpful to know the setup for sharing on your course. Please double-check in the Share Settings that you have the option to "Allow users without Articulate IDs to comment" selected.

If you're comfortable sharing the Review link, I'd be happy to test it on my end. You can do so here or privately in a support case.
